Are all suits made to order?

Yes — every Evelyn piece is crafted exclusively for you after your order is placed. We hold no ready-made stock, ensuring each suit receives full attention to detail and quality.

How do I place an order?

You may place your order directly through our website or reach out to us on WhatsApp at +92 (328) 7148573. Our team will guide you through measurements and any customisation options.

Can I customise a suit from the collection?

Absolutely. We welcome changes in colour, embroidery, neckline style, sleeve length, and more. Please reach out before placing your order to discuss your requirements.

How do I provide my measurements?

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a detailed measurement guide via WhatsApp or email. We recommend having a tailor assist you to ensure accuracy.

What if the suit doesn't fit after delivery?

If there is a genuine discrepancy from the measurements you provided, we will offer one complimentary alteration. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How long does production take?

Our standard production time is 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation and measurement submission. Delivery time is additional depending on your location.

Can I request an express order?

Rush orders may be accommodated depending on our current workload. Please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order to confirm availability. Additional charges may apply.

Do you deliver across Pakistan and internationally?

Yes. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via courier (2–5 business days after dispatch) and also ship internationally. Please contact us for an international shipping quote before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept JazzCash, bank transfer, Mastercard, and Visa. We require a 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining 50% due before dispatch.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement only. As every piece is crafted exclusively for you, we are unable to process cancellations once production has begun.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As all our suits are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing defect or was made incorrectly based on your confirmed measurements.

How should I care for my Evelyn suit?

We recommend dry cleaning only for all formal pieces to preserve the embroidery, embellishments, and fabric integrity. Please avoid machine washing.

Will the colour look exactly like in the photos?

We strive to represent colours as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting. If colour accuracy is essential, please request a fabric swatch before ordering.
